Near Kata Beach, Thailand, is a small family owned spa resort. Laid back, reasonably priced, clean, friendly, modern and the sauna is great. The first time in the steam sauna I could only stay about five minutes but after two weeks I was spending the better part of two hours in and out of the aromatic steam.

Well I’ve managed to do damage to my new website, you will find photos and links may be missing, working on it.In the meantime I hurriedly posted a few new photographs.

I walked fifteen minutes, the mangy dogs, their droppings, vehicle traffic, the lose trash crushed and tossed to the curb fell behind. I continued a little longer across a bridge, up a path, to find myself alongside flat green, and flowers. Click here for ten photos.

I visited Siam, (Siam sounds much nicer than Thailand), in late 2006 for almost six weeks. I had no idea my visa was valid for just 30 days so off I went on a day long excursion to Burma, (Myanmar). I could now re-enter and stay an additional thirty days, with a legal visa.Bus and boat images HERE.
