Near Kata Beach, Thailand, is a small family owned spa resort. Laid back, reasonably priced, clean, friendly, modern and the sauna is great. The first time in the steam sauna I could only stay about five minutes but after two weeks I was spending the better part of two hours in and out of the aromatic steam.

The classic design of the sauna so interested me I photographed the wood fired kettle boiler and the large baskets of herbs that go into creating the soothing experience.
